- Terms & Conditions are applicable only for the products designed & manufactured by Alfatech Engineers Pvt Ltd. Products manufactured and supplied as per the clients design does not support any warranty.
- Claims regarding this bill should be informed in writing within 15 Days otherwise will not be considered.
- Goods once sold will not be taken back.
- The terms and conditions specified in the quotation/ pro-forma invoice/ Invoice of Alfatech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. will have binding on the buyer. Even if the terms and conditions specified by the buyer on his purchase order are different. Terms and conditions specified in the clients purchase order may be considered if prior written understanding is made with Alfatech Engineers Pvt Ltd.
- Buyer has to make the payment on the basis of a pro-forma invoice issued by Alfatech Engineers Pvt Ltd.
- This warranty is applicable for a period of one year from the proven date of purchase. The defects on any manufacturing customer should retain the original invoice. No warranty is applicable on tap, tap collets ,Gas springs and any other consumables.
- There should be no amendments/correction on the invoice by the purchaser.
- In case Of repair or replacement of the product is carried out, the period of warranty would be carried out from the original date of purchase. The copy of the original invoice should be attached with the defective product in case of a machine delivered to Alfatech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. for repair/ modification/ replacement.
- Replaced parts /products would be the property of the company.
- To get service under warranty, The product should be delivered to the factory address.
- In case a technician is required to visit the place of installation, call Alfatech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and send us an order stating the need for the technician.
- Visit charges of technician/engineer for the services, installation will be extra on your head.
- Surface finished and /or color shade of the product is not covered under this warranty.
- Trade Marks
The purchaser must:
a) Not erase, remove, deface or alter any trademarks appearing on the goods.
b) Use no other trademarks or trade names in relation to the goods,
c) Notify the supplier immediately if it becomes aware of any infringement of any of the trademarks of the supplier in relation to the goods.
- In no circumstances the purchaser/user would duplicate or copy the machine/machine design.
- Warranty on the product would not be applicable under the condition including but not limited to:
a) Misuse/ mishandling negligence / improper installation / improper application / improper repair/ tampering.
b) Failure to follow instruction of use.
c) Installation with unapproved accessories.
d) Modification to the product or removal/ alteration of parts and components.
e) Entry seepage of liquids / oils / chemicals
f) Breakage of plastic / rubber parts.
g) Damage due to accident / fire / /robbery / natural calamities.
- The Company reserves the right to modify the design of the products without prior notice in pursuance of its policy of continuous technical improvements.
- Decision of Alfatech Engineers Pvt Ltd. on the admissibility of the claim under warranty would be final and binding.
- Maximum liability under the warranty would be limited to the cost of the product. This warranty expressly excludes any claim for incidental or consequential loss of damages.
- Any representations, warranties or promises inconsistent with or in addition to the warranties contained herewith are unauthorized and shall not be binding on Alfatech Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
- The Warranty is valid in India only.
- Any dispute related to the payment / service / warranty against sold goods shall be settled only at Thane Jurisdiction.
